master's thesis submitted
I have officially submitted my master’s thesis titled “Agentic AI in Hybrid Multi-Agent Systems: Interaction Patterns for Autonomous Workflows.” Over the past months, partially in Australia and partially in Germany, I focused on analyzing how agentic AI can be structured within businesses and how interaction patterns can enable more reliable autonomous workflows.
My goal was to bring clarity to a topic that is often discussed in very abstract terms and to translate it into concrete architectural considerations. Additionally, I wanted a thesis that is keeping up with current trends. This process strengthened my ability to approach complex systems in a structured way and taught me how to consolidate research that is changing basically every day.
I am grateful for the guidance of my advisors Philipp Kernstock, Prof. Marek Kowalkiewicz, and Erwin Fielt and for the support throughout this phase from my friends and parents.
I already know what my next step will be, but I will share more about that in due time. For now, I am proud to have completed this chapter and I look forward to what comes next.
